If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Iron Fever, you can return it for a store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

Products must be unwashed and unworn with original tags.

All markdown sales are final and no exchanges or returns will be accepted on sale items.

U.S. Returns and Exchanges

Customer will be responsible for paying postage on any returns or exchanges item.

We will provide you address to return your item for a refund or exchange. If you are returning a product, we will refund you the price of the original order in the form of an electronic gift card that you can use towards future purchases within 7 business days after we receive the product in returnable condition at our warehouse. If you are exchanging a product we will issue a new order with tracking number within 7 business days after we receive the product in exchangeable condition at our warehouse.

International Returns and Exchanges (Exclude Vietnam)

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refund for Vietnamese Customer live in Vietnam. If you have a problem with a product, please contact us immediately.
